Disruptor Post provides post-production services including but not limited to film colorization and restoration, visual effects, color grading, music scoring, foley and sound design, and audio post-production. Specific service terms and deliverables are outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Disruptor Post or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
4. Client Content
Clients retain ownership of all original materials provided to Disruptor Post. We will handle all client materials with the utmost care and confidentiality. Work product created by Disruptor Post becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
5. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of pre-release film and media content. All client materials, project details, and creative work are treated as strictly confidential. Our team, including our robots, are bound by non-disclosure agreements.
6. Portfolio & Showcase Rights
We may request permission to feature completed work in our portfolio, showreel, or marketing materials. Such usage will always be subject to client approval and will respect any embargo periods or distribution restrictions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Disruptor Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use this site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability or accessibility, or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
9. Modifications
